Direct Coupled/Screwed/Compact all Welded Design
Diaphragm Seal Direct Coupled types are designed to isolate the sensing element of pressure gauges and pressure switches from process fluids that may be corrosive, viscous, and/or with a high temperature. The diaphragm is welded to the body to ensure the separation of the filling fluid from the process medium. DD Diaphragm Seal Direct Coupled type (compact design) has a Low-cost version. It is an ideal choice for high pressure. Easy to clean and easy to change process connection/bottom chamber. This product contains Interchange components. A Flushing connection is available. Diaphragm Seal is a Compact & lightweight design.
Description
Suitable for versatile application areas. A replacement of the lower body is possible without modifications to the diaphragm seal system. Depending on the material, the welded design can also be used for particularly high nominal pressures. Another benefit of the welded joint is that no additional sealing between the upper and lower body of the diaphragm seal is needed.
